Lace weaving

Hello, 

I am trying to recreate a basic lace in grasshopper. (attached is a photo of what I want to achieve). Also, I am attaching an attempt I have made. I would like to apply the same logic to all poly lines so they would entwine as on the photo attached. Has anyone got any idea how to achieve this? Thank you!
