Kinetic louvers??

Hi, I am a new user of rhino and grasshopper. I am a PhD student and interested in kinetic facades. So, I am trying to test some kinetic facade forms using Grasshopper. Having some questions:
1. How to make facade panels following the real sun path according to my location and weather file ?, Not following a reference point. like this tutorial https://vimeo.com/19355429
2. I do not want the panels to just follow sun movement but I want to calculate the daylighting entering the space firt (like adding sensors) to adjust the louvers with a way that allows the best daylighting condition.
3. Which plugin could help me in simulating annual daylighting, glare and thermal performance inside the space, is it ladybug, honey bee, diva or something else?
