Karamba Gridshell Analysis

Hello, I am having a problem to analyze the gridshell form.

I tried to analyze the beams, but it turned out to red in "Assemble" and saying "could not find the node". I am wondering why it happened.

Also, since I am using ring anchors to hold the structure, I want to know how can I write a script for it.

Here is the image for my form. The circles are the ring anchors. Which parts should I use to analyze the forces?
