Joining seperated Mesh edges

I've created a surface mesh from numerous surfaces that are seperated.

I've also downloaded the WB and MeshTools plugin's.

I would like to join (or make a new mesh surface) the edges that are not connected.

What is the work flow for doing this?  I can't seem to isolate the non-connected edges.
