Joining Adjacent Surfaces

I'm panelizing a surface that has one edge that is not perpendicular to the rest, so when I divide the surface I'm left with some panels with only 3 edges. I would like to automatically join these 3-sided surfaces with an adjacent 4 sided surface to create one larger 4-sided surface. 

Any help would be great.

actually is there anyway to eliminate the points that arent located at corners? I bring these panels into revit to use the adaptive components so having more than the four points wont work out.

Just add Merge Faces component ;)
