Is it possible to save as a picture from image sample component?

I make path input=C:\Users\myname\Desktop

Tom's solutions works for me. But the problem is that your directory doesn't end with a stroke. The filename is just appended, so you'd end up with C:\Users\myname\Desktopimage0.jpg

Btw. I recommend saving as png files, the data is stored in a lossless way, so you may as well extract it in a lossless way. I attached a modified script.
