problem with divisions and mesh

Hello,

I am having problems. I am very very new to GH. I built a sphere put contours and divisions so now I ve got many dots. I want to link those dots together by ordinates of order not from origin. for example like the 1st dot of division to the 1st contour to the 14th dot to the 3rd contour and so on. Since the number of contours and divisions will be loaded from outside. (the variable of contours can be any number. the variable of divisions can be in 1-26 range. Now I use lines link with items but number is adjustable. Is it possible to make like a variable? what I ve got now is just straight lines linking division. I want to make it flexible; It could be cross or diagonal as well. for example;

I drew them from rhino manually . I need one parameter that can create all of those above by just changing number of input. (Is there a possible way to do that?)

and secondly I need to change lines to solids in order to 3d print. I have downloaded and tried exoskeleton but they still are not mesh.

I really need some advice.
