Is Grasshopper for free?

Hi all, I'm working in a enterprises that need to have Grasshopper.

Is it for free?

Not only download, I shall mean if the plugin is all for free.

Hi Luis,

Grasshopper is still in beta development. All McNeel & Associates products are free while in beta. Nobody has ever mentioned anything about charging for it once we hit the 1.0 mark, but the only person who can decide whether to keep it free or not is Bob McNeel himself. For the time being however Grasshopper is free. You can use it on commercial projects. You can develop commercial plugins for it. You can charge people for your Grasshopper skills. Grasshopper is not time limited, the beta versions never expire and remain legal to use for as long as you want.

Do note that some of the plugins people have developed for Grasshopper are not free. It is up to each developer whether to charge for his/her product.
