Is a curved diamond/triangular ribbon possible using hinges?

Hi,

I'm trying to curve a diamond/triangular ribbon (doesn't need to be a smooth curve) using hinges. I was envisioning that one end of the ribbon would have anchor points and the rest would slowly curve upwards. I've looked on other discussions of this forum, but can't see a solution so far. I'm new to the hinge tool and think I have set it up correctly, but probably not because there is no movement at all!

I would appreciate any help.
