Irregular pattern origami

Hi everyone, I am new to grasshopper,due to my project, I am doing a structure by using  philosophy of origami, I have seen some samples online but however Most of them are for regular pattern and in order ,what if I want to make the irregular pattern? I am wondering if the folding system still would work .
