Interface suggestion for the Value List

Is there a way to hover the Value List Parameter and see in the Popup yellow dialog box the other options you may have?

 

What I would like it to be able to see is the list of options before I pick one...

 

Hope I am clear...

right click gets you a list on the context menu that you can select from
