Intelligent Pop-up in C# component

It's been several months since I last touched it. Now when I try to type a "(" for parametres, or when I do a "." trying to figure out the kind of methods that are related to an object, it doesn't give me a list of options I can choose any more.

Is it a feature(bug)? Or is there some switch I can turn on to make it work?
