Input parameters in new python GH component

Hello, 

Is it possible to have preset inputs in a new python component in GH? By this I mean that the use will see a list of preset inputs when they right click on one of the inputs.

No, for this you will need to code a custom grasshopper assembly in c# or vb.net.
