Image Sampler - x and y domain show question marks and no data collected

I'm trying to do a simple image mapping and the x & y domain keep resetting to a question mark. I type in the values, adjust settings, have tried different images, nothing seems to work. I'm not collecting any data at all.

Any suggestions?
