I want to know how to make a list from all the values that reduce displacement by 0.1 mm or more

Hello all,

When modelling I came across an issue and I can't seem to find the right way to do it.
For clarification I attached an image.  
Underneath the red circle the original displacement which I had found with
Karamba is shown: 59.2 mm.
Now I have taken an extra measure in my construction by adding an extra set of triangles within a random triangle. When I for example pick position 77 for this extra measure as circled red, the displacement reduces to 58.5 mm. This is a reduction of 0.7 mm.
Now I want Grasshopper automatically to make a list with all of these positions of the measurement I took which cause a reduction of the displacement with 0.1 mm or even more.  
Does anyone now I way to accomplish this?
