I don't have clear idea how to attach vectors on certain surface...

I want all vector to be within the range of each corresponded number's surface.

But they are out of surface because their standard plane is world plane I guess.

I want each vector to be displayed on and along each surface.

I think in order that, I have to make each surface standard plane for each vector.

Can somebody tell me plz?
