Hummingbird issue

Hi all! 

 I´m trying to use Hummingbird to transfer geometry from Grasshopper to Revit. I have installed the add-on and followed the instructions so far, but finally I´m getting an error (see JPG attached). I´m also attaching a sample code. 

As far as I know with the new release there is no need for an excel file, you just generate a csv and then import it ine Revit... I can´t make it. Need some help here. Suggestions?
