How to set each cirle on each points to follow the direction of the curve

Hello, I am new to grasshopper. I have some problem to rotate each circles on each points to make it perpendicular with the curves line.

First of all, i get all the points from processing software, and i import them into grasshopper with CSV files. With the data from processing, grasshopper received a lot of points. The next steps is by trying to use each point and create a circle from it, then i  use loft battery to create a smooth line in grasshopper.

However, i am having problem to set all the circles to follow the direction of the curve, so when i loft the circles, now it is not a smooth n round strings that i intended it to be. Can anyone plx help me?
