how to orient the surfaces on the x,y grid (on the floor)

i have a group of surfaces. i wants to orient those surface in x,y grids i mean the surfaces to be laid on the floor with the returns and the names. please help me to sort out this 

i tried to do it but i was able to do only the surfaces by  creating a point and making x,y plane then short list and orient... but i couldn't bring the surface with the returns and names at one time. model is attached
