how to morph 3d voronoi onto a surface

Hi,

 Can someone tell me how to morph this 3d voronoi strip onto the target surface on the lefthand side in the rhino file? I tried box morph but not sure how does 'Reference' work. Thanks! Please see grasshopper and rhino files attached.
