HOW TO MODEL? Parametric tower+ Processing

Hi there

I am a student new to grasshopper, have been watching basic tutorials and trying to create parametric form step by step. 

I would like to seek help to create following building form as I can't find any similar tutorials online. The part I mainly emphasis is the "root" part of the tower (which create a sense of randomness),But I have totally no idea how it works out.

How can I form the parametric tower shown above?

Is it posible to link Processing output to grasshopper? If so, how can I do that?
