How to manipulate dome thickness

Hi everyone, I'm trying to manipulate the very outside layer of the basic structure (pink group) in order to have different surface shapes for my "dome"'s phynotype. I couldn't figure out how to manipulate the structure in all directions in a simpler way. Can anyone help me with it?Attached is the file I've been working on. Thanks!
