How to make a curvature inflection point detector switch?

Hi,

This has almost been covered in other posts I've found... but not exactly. 

I'm using curve frames to array a profile along a curve, which I later want to extrude multiple times.   At the curve inflection points, the frames "flip".  What's the best way to keep them all on the "same side", when viewed in plan?  

Also... if you are so kind as to open my file, you'll see I have horizontals and verticals.  The verticals are lines and I can achieve the desired effect with extrusions.  The horizontals are sweeps... how can i sweep my profile multiple times to make the profiles?  I understand sweep1 only likes single inputs... can I somehow use LISTITEM to parse all 11 horizontals into individual sweeps??
