How to loft two list of curves in order

hey

I want to loft two list of curves by the order of

0-1

1-2

2-3

3-4..

I've already loft two list of curves by 
0-0

1-1

2-2

3-3..

but you can see from the picture below they are not connected, I want to connect the moved curve to the old existing curve. so it becomes a whole piece

Please help..

thanks, but I don't quite understand how does it work to my curves, I tried above script, but it produces curving lines.
