How to Give a value to a surface?

Hi,

I can't find solution to this problem so i try here, maybe someone will help me.

In fact i have a surface divided into a grid, and i would like to give values to each square of the grid, for instance i just divided this surface into squares and i give a number to each square in order. Now i would like to give values from a list to each square depending on the value the square will be re divided.
I don't know if you will understand me so i attach the grasshopper file
