how to get more segments of curve when explode in grasshopper

if we use explode component in grasshopper on a curve which is created in rhino.now how could i get more exploded segments. from the following tutorial video a curve is exploded in grasshopper ..how could i make this curve.?? i m very beginner of rhino and grasshopper kindly help me!

You did not link to the tutorial you mentioned, nor did you attach any files. I have no idea what the actual problem is.

Note that curve explode can be either a single step or a recursive process (there's an input for that on the Explode component). If you think you should get smaller segments, then switch to recursive explode. On the other hand, recursive is the default behaviour, so it's probably already happening.

If you wish to 'explode' your curve at custom picked locations, then you should use the Shatter component instead.
