How to fix Unmatched datas of EdgeSrf

Hi guys, 
I have a problem try to match 2 data list of poly lines to create Edge Surfaces.As you can see on the image, there are some unwanted surfaces blocking the back instead of just waffle systems

 I did check the list length and they ave the same amount of items.

Your help would be much appreciated.
