how to create surface out of lines in 3D

Hello,

I'm trying to create a modular structure out of prisms, for this i'm using a populate 2D for random points and a Delaunay Edges for conecting the points. I'm doing this on 2 surfaces (rectangels) with a space in between them, then i rotate the top surface so my connections between opposite points aren't vertical. When i connect the points of the bottom surface with the points of the top surface that are nearest to it, arise an arrangements of prism (with on top and bottom a triangle),

but the problem i have is that i don't know how to create surfaces between them, to make like a seperation.

Or just a polyline of 4 lines (that make side of the prism) for each side of all the prisms, so i can offset it to make a little border.

I don't know if my start is good, or that there are better ways to do it.
