How to create folding structure and surfaces on them ?

Hi GH PROS, I was given this task of creating this form(photograph) on grasshopper. However i was only able to create the rough shape of it through lunch box plug in. I was unable to create a surface on the points i want as they are all joined lines. I am really new to GH, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
