How to convert point grid to polyline in order to loft

I'm trying to use XY coordinate from CSV file to create a surface using grid point which will change according to note location. But I can't figure it out how to connect each point together to create a polyline to be able to loft them into surface, each time it will connect not just one row but connect the whole point in the scene at the end of each row.

Try "Surface From Points" (SrfGrid) with the "number of points in the U direction" input U (U Count) as the Square Root of your List Length of points.
