how to apply attractor points to a pattern?

Hi there

Can someone maybe help me out with this?

I created a pattern based on four circles and intersection points. By modifying the circle radius I modify the pattern. For my definition now I need to be able to modify it not all at one time but gradually through out the pattern. So that for example on one end I get one extreme of the pattern and on the other - another extreme (or from center to edges)

I thought I can solve this with attractor points as I saw it in many tutorials but I don't know how to solve this pattern on a grid now.
