How can I add force field to vectors generated by image sampler?

Hello,

I'm trying to find a way to add force field (i.e. with line charge and spin tools) to vectors generated using image sampler. I know how to use field tools or attractors for patterns based on a simple grid system, but this is a little more complex. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
