how to create a 3d voronoi using points actractor?

hi, in i want obtain a shape like ''king Abdullah energy research center'' (made by Zaha Hadid), how i have to proceed? 

i imagine a 3d voronoi made by hexagons governed by points actractors.
i tried to use that function with grasshopper but only on a 2d voronoi simply extruded in z direction,

how can i apply that command to a 3d voronoi?
