An egg is not an ellipsoid. You can create an ellipsoid by creating a Sphere, then converting it to a Nurbs Surface and then scaling it non-uniformly, for example only shortening one axis.

 

You can make an egg as a Surface of Revolution, you'll need to create the outline curve somehow and then specify the revolution angle and axis. Have a look at the shared creation functions on Rhino.Geometry.RevSurface.
