algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have searched all the possible preset commands: split, trim, boolean intersect, etc, but have not been able to come across one that would do the job.  I have a solid (red in the attached image) which I would like to split into two pieces with an intersecting plane (green in the image).  The closest one I came across was 'Trim Solid' but it leaves me with only one section instead of 2.

Thank you!

Hi,

I am wondering the same thing?

I am trying to trim a brep with a series of untrimmed surface. I have tried trimming the brep and solid difference them as well, but it still getting the output that the brep trim difference is empty.

Here is another thread of some writing a vb script, but I am new to grasshopper and super new to vb scripting.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
