algorithmic modeling for Rhino

how can I select these points by cull pattern

Maybe this is very simple question but I can't find right direction.

I want select points. I checked it right side. 

 

cull pattern direction is different with my thoughts. How can I change that direction.?

 

plz help me.

Another way to create the cull pattern using the param viewer.
