HoopSnake

Hi everyone,

I am new to grasshopper & hoopsnake for my uni project, here's a problem I encounter and hope it can be solved as soon as possible.

I am attempting to join my modular branch using hoopsnake similarly to the following project as shown below.

I found a definition similar to what I want to do online and thought if I just change the brep to my modular branch maybe it'll work the same but It doesn't seem to work(as shown below). I am really stuck and I don't really know  how to use hoopsnake.

Can someone please offer some help?
