Honeybee Glazing Ratio Issue

Hi 

Im very new to using honeybee with grasshopper so apologies if this is a very simple problem. I've been following a video series of some fairly straightforward tutorials and I'm getting the hang of things.

However, whenever I use the glazing ratio components for any zone it offers no control to the window shapes but only snaps it to the top and bottom extremities of the zone only allowing the window to grow larger or smaller into the sides of the surface.

Even if i have downloaded other example files using glazing to try and identify the problem it just alters the windows of the example file to do the same thing. 

Does anyone have any idea of whats wrong?
