HIDING OBJECTS BY LAYER NAME OR OBJECT NAME

Hi everyone;

 

Does any body know a VB or C# script or does anyone own a plugin in order to hide - unhide objects with respect to their layer name or object name?

 

(LAYER NAME WILL BE MORE PREFERABLE)
