Hexagonal pattern attractor curve

How would you go about something like the image attached? I understand the logic of the attractor curve but i can't figure out what parameter to vary to change the curvatures of those "flowers"

Very clever!  I had the data but couldn't figure out how to make the "flowers", using six points/circles, whereas you used only one and then 'ArrPolar'.  Nicely done.
