Hexagon close packing

Hi guys, I have a few questions to my hexagonal packing, I wonder if anyone could help. Thanks!

Really appreciate it.

1. How do I apply a Spin Force to the regular grid to guide the circles going in a certain direction ?

2.How do I apply a boundary to the close packing?

3.Could it be possible to make a much 'larger' source circle from the 'attractor point'  spreading out(repulsion) and continue to diminish to smaller circles ?

(-Rather than diminishing all circles at a regular proportion)
