HELP WITH MOVING THE POINTS AND LINES IN POINT CLOUD

Hello!

I am very new to the grasshopper/rhino interface. I am working on the point cloud definition, but having trouble shifting the points and lines from their positions. I have attached a screen shot and grasshopper file. Please tell me a solution as to what to work with to be able to move them.
