Help with Attractor Points and twisting lines.

Hi there, relatively new to Grasshopper.

Having trouble using a point as an attractor inorder to get a series of lines along a curve to rotate from verticle to hositzontal and back again. (aka somehting similar to HdM's signal box facade)

Atm I can't break apart the group, all the lines rotate as a group. I need to use a list or a series right?Can't someone please explain how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
