algorithmic modeling for Rhino

help required regarding achieving a design form

hello everyone!

this is another design form that i am trying to achieve parametrically. what i need from you guys is guidance so that i can do it in grasshopper. i know how to do it in 3ds max through meshes but don't know how to start off.

any help would be really appreciated!

OK, now i am facing a bit of a problem here, not sure if it has something to do with my script. somehow, i am unable to achieve fillet on all my curves, i have tried a few options but the script always misses some of the curves.
can you please take a look at it and let me know where i am making a mistake?

i have attached the .gh and .3dm files as well.
