HELP PLEASE RANDOMISE BOXES OR AREAS OF A FLOOR PLAN

Hello I would like to know if there is a plug in or a script or  if someone knows how to do a random mix with boxes applied to a floor plan " L " shape for a building. the idea is to randomise areas around the corridors.

I attach a  floor plan and i would like to show all the possibilities that you can achieve with different areas keeping the central corridors free.
