[HELP PLEASE] How can I associate these projected points to create surface columns?

Hi guys, how are you?

I just got into grasshopper in a few days and I am trying to modeling a structural column surface (as an example centre pompidou metz).

I have those projected points to be the columns. Should I try to create a grid of points on this surface to be my structural mesh? How can I associate these projected points (columns) to the grid of points of the structural mesh? 

I would really appreciate any kind of tips of you. Im trying but I got blocked at this part.
