Help please,emergency! How could I this with attractor oint ?

I am architecture student. I am new at this website. I am trying to such a pattern with an atractor point on a surface. Actually I am trying to do canopy design ? But as I new in grasshopper I watched some tutorials however didnt find anything about design something like this ?
