Help needed

Hey all,

I never really used grassshopper ever since it was briefly taught to me.  I was trying to learn rhino and grasshopper at the same time so you can imagine how difficult that was.

Anyway i'm trying to remodel a model of the image attached.  I'm assuming i need to use grasshopper but if i don't and can do it with rhino alone that would be even better. 

Compared to some other designs i've seen it doesn't look at complicated as some but i don't even know where to begin.

Any help would be duly appreciated.
