HELP me! dont know how to list

Hi guys, i am very very new to grasshopper. So i am having problem to extract specific number points from a specific numbers which i placed in the graft tree. but the order in the list of point that i link from rhino to grasshopper itself is messed up in the list. is there any way that i can get the whole list to go from ascending order from the very left starting point to the right.when i put the 16th point the the graft command , it selects the 11th point in grasshopper. how can i fix this? when i can get this problem solved, my graft tree which extract the specific numbered point that i fed into. Please help! thanks in advance!
