hello guys,

i need your help, i'm started using grasshopper recently and i have this issue that i need to to connect both definitions the sun path with the design where i need where ever it's blue then i have the pipes rotated in a way to have more openings in between and when it's red i have rotated to have less openings.

can someone help me please
